OUR PRODUCTS

All products we feature here, with the exception of the vintage and some of the one of a kind objects, are made by us or our friends. The products are printed by us, sewn by us, assembled and carved by us. We do the dying and the finishing. We draw the illustrations and create the patterns. We search out reclaimed wood and interesting vintage and one off fabrics to be used.  We mention all of this to point out that these products are each unique and often limited. Each piece has it’s own character, and may be the only one out there. We put a lot of ourselves into these products for the joy of creating and sharing. We hope you like the exclusiveness of these products, but if you don’t, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will work to make you happy.

WAXED CANVAS CARE AND CLEANING

Special care should be taken when cleaning waxed canvas products. Spot clean only with clean water and mild soap. NEVER place waxed canvas items in a washer or dryer, shrinking and disfiguring will occur. Over time the wax will wear off. We recommend touching up your items with Otter Wax.

NATURAL INDIGO DYED PRODUCTS

Please note that crocking may occur from our natural indigo dyed products. Crocking is the transfer of dye from the fabric. We have taken steps to greatly reduce the amount of transfer you may experience. Fading will occur over time, just like your favorite pair of jeans. 

SKATEBOARDS

Our skateboards are made by hand, 100% by us. Keep this in consideration when buying the product. The sport / act of skateboarding can be dangerous. Please take all precautions when riding a Whiskey Mustache skateboard. Use of safety equipment is strongly suggested.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, simply return it and we will accept your return and process a refund or exchange. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged to be eligible for a refund. All shipping costs are paid by the customer unless there is a mistake made on our account. Exchange items shipped back to customer will be paid by Whiskey Mustache. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you return your order for your exchange to be processed.

Because of the limited availability of our products, if you are interested in an exchange, we recommend you send an email to us at jon@whiskeymustache.com for confirmation that your exchange item is still available. All vintage and one of a kind items are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or credit will be given on these items.

SHIPPING

For domestic orders, a standard flat rate of $6 USD will be applied. One exception is for larger items (i.e. desk caddies, posters and skateboards). Items that incur additional costs will be noted in the product descriptions.
